1. How long does it take for my order to Ship?

A: We will ship your order in 1-2 working days from the order confirmation date.

2. How long will it take for delivery?

A: It will depend on the location of your delivery address and the courier partner. Although, usually the average is 3 working days from dispatch date.

3. Why are there extra charges for C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)?

A: Our courier partner charges extra for C.O.D orders that they deliver to you so we have to pass on the extra charges. We recommend you pay online via secure payment gateway to save this cost.

4. Why are there extra transaction charges?

A: Our website provider and payment partner charges us extra for processing each order and they charge us a fee based on the value, since we are already selling at the best possible price we have to add these charges to your order. We aim to work on a transparency model.
